The service
LayerPorter provides browser-based file tools and browser extensions. Some tools process files locally on your device; some extensions interact with websites only to provide their disclosed user-facing functionality.
Pinterest Downloader
Pinterest Downloader is an independent browser extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Pinterest. Pinterest and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.
The extension is intended to help users save media that is available to them through pages they are permitted to access. You are responsible for ensuring that your downloading, copying, storage, and later use of any image, video, GIF, or other content complies with applicable law, copyright and other rights, and any terms that apply to the source service or content.
Do not use LayerPorter or Pinterest Downloader to bypass access controls, digital rights management, paywalls, authentication, technical restrictions, or any protection intended to prevent access or copying.
Websites change over time. We do not guarantee that every Pinterest page, media type, or third-party site will remain compatible with the extension.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the files and content you process and for having the rights or permission required to use, copy, download, transform, or distribute them. Do not use LayerPorter for unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of others.
Privacy and analytics
Use of LayerPorter is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Optional landing-page attribution and optional analytics are subject to the privacy choices described there. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from using the service.
No warranty
LayerPorter is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every website or file, error-free output, or preservation of third-party site behavior.
Keep original files where appropriate and verify downloaded or converted results before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LayerPorter and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service, third-party content, website changes, unavailable media, or reliance on downloaded or converted output.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Third-party services
Links to the Chrome Web Store, Pinterest, Google, Yandex, Telegram, Cloudflare, or other third-party services lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. LayerPorter does not control those third-party services.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and its last-updated date will be posted on this page.
